Ouyang Ying - Nutrition Brand Consultant
Mr. Ouyang Ying was born in 1951 in Taipei City. A dedicated advocate of macrobiotic diets, he possesses nearly three decades of experience in dietary counseling. He is frequently invited by various organizations, television stations, and radio stations to lecture on raw food therapy, fasting therapy, and macrobiotic diets, having delivered over a thousand speeches. Since 1985, he has been organizing annual fasting retreats and various macrobiotic diet teaching activities, with participants from across the country.
Mr. Ouyang often contributes columns to major newspapers and has introduced various methods for nurturing physical and mental health through macrobiotic diets on the "Commonwealth Publishing Group Bookstore Website," where he is well-received by the public.
